TJ Rossi formed Rossi Properties, Inc. after working as a Market Analyst for Ford Motor Company’s Mazda North American Headquarters in Irvine, California where his duties included analyzing market and competitive data in order to originate and personally present proactive, strategic market positioning recommendations to mid-level managers, board members and the Executive Committee; financial analysis and assessment of program spend capabilities based on allotted budget and competitive direction; and having sole responsibility for the conception and implementation of national incentive promotions involving all 704 Mazda Dealers and respective sales personnel.

His current responsibilities at Rossi Properties, Inc., et al, include locating and securing commercial real estate development opportunities, conducting feasibility/market and financial analysis of potential sites, and assisting in site-planning, design, construction supervision, and leasing. He also acts as property manager of completed sites under ownership and is responsible for office management and administration of company headquarters in Newport Beach, California.

Prior to his Rossi Properties, Inc. and Ford Motor Company positions, TJ acted as Project Analyst/Coordinator for CCI, based in Aliso Viejo, California where he contributed heavily to the entrepreneurial formation and active operations of the company, which focused on retail real estate development and ownership, primarily in the automotive care, mixed-use, and office space sectors. He also coordinated new sites and conducted feasibility and market analysis studies of potential development sites, oversaw all managerial and operational activities at developed locations, including personnel supervision, marketing, and leasing, and assumed financial analysis and modeling duties.

TJ earned an MBA from the University of San Diego (USD), where he double majored in Finance and International Business with honors. While a student at USD, TJ was a John M. Ahlers academic scholarship recipient, studied abroad at numerous universities in Europe, Mexico, and Brazil, served as Vice President of Alumni Relations for the Graduate Business Student Association, and acted as Team Captain for Graduate Student Intramural Football. At the undergraduate level, TJ earned a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) and was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity. TJ is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.
