Rossi Properties operates under the direction of Tom Rossi, Sr., who has nearly forty years of real estate industry experience, including: mortgage activities; commercial and multi-family residential real estate brokerage; investments; leasing; property management; financing; consulting; numerous successful syndications as General Partner; development of residential, office, retail, industrial, and special purpose buildings and land projects; and construction of multiple properties for his own account. Mr. Rossi is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker (1970).

Mr. Rossi’s son, TJ, formed Rossi Properties, Inc. after earning an MBA with honors (double major: Finance, International Business) from the University of San Diego and then working for Ford Motor Company’s Mazda North American Headquarters where he performed specialized tasks as a Market Analyst.

Prior to attending graduate school and working with Ford, TJ was heavily involved in CCI, another Rossi automotive care development and ownership entity, where he played a major role in the company’s entrepreneurial formation and hands-on operation of active sites subsequent to graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara. TJ is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, State of California.
